Pride Combat Co. currently ships Australia-wide using Australia Post.
SHIPPING RATES
Standard Shipping — $9.95 AUD
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING is available on Australian orders over $100 AUD.
The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
ORDER PROCESSING
We aim to prepare and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
Orders are processed on business days. During product launches, promotional periods, public holidays or periods of high order volume, dispatch may take a little longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information where available.
DELIVERY
Orders are shipped using Australia Post.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and Australia Post's delivery network. Any delivery timeframe provided is an estimate and is not guaranteed.
Delays caused by Australia Post, severe weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of Pride Combat Co. may occasionally occur.
TRACKING
Where tracking is provided, customers can use the tracking details supplied with their shipping confirmation to follow the progress of their delivery.
Please allow time after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.
If you notice an error in your delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible at pridecombatco@gmail.com.
We will do our best to assist before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee that delivery details can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.
LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS
If your parcel appears significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at pridecombatco@gmail.com with your order number.
We will assist with investigating the delivery with Australia Post where appropriate.
