At Pride Combat Co., we want you to be confident in your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the information below.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
To request a return, please contact us at pridecombatco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return before sending the item back.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
If you require a different size, please contact us and we will assist where stock is available. Returned items must meet the conditions outlined above.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue.
Where required under the Australian Consumer Law, Pride Combat Co. will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a repair, replacement or refund.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene reasons, certain items that have been worn or used may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return. This may include items such as mouthguards, groin protection and other personal-use or hygiene-sensitive products.
This restriction does not apply where you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
SALE & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
Sale and promotional items may be returned for change of mind where they otherwise meet the return conditions above, unless the item was clearly identified as final sale before purchase.
Your rights in relation to faulty products are not affected.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
